Post Master’s Certificate applicants
You must have a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
You do not need to submit GRE and other standardized test scores.
Complete an application form, send official transcripts, and provide
3 letters of reference.
Master's applicants: You must have a BSN
from an accredited program. Complete a full application
procedure for admission into the Master's program. When traditional paper
admission processes have been completed, the applicant arranges an in-person,
telephone, or Internet conferencing interview with program faculty.
Duke's distance based Nursing Informatics courses are taught in
small class sizes of approximately 12-15 students. The selection
process is highly competitive for a limited number of student slots.
Application Deadlines: The literature and application
packet indicates you may apply at any time. New cohorts of informatics students
begin coursework in either fall or spring semester.
