Browse the Duke School of Nursing website for details.   You can also download application forms.

Post Master’s Certificate applicants   You must have a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.   You do not need to submit GRE and other standardized test scores.   Complete an application form, send official transcripts, and provide 3 letters of reference.

Master's applicants:  You must have a BSN from an accredited program. Complete a full application procedure for admission into the Master's program. When traditional paper admission processes have been completed, the applicant arranges an in-person, telephone, or Internet conferencing interview with program faculty. Duke's distance based Nursing Informatics courses are taught in small class sizes of approximately 12-15 students. The selection process is highly competitive for a limited number of student slots.

Application Deadlines: The literature and application packet indicates you may apply at any time. New cohorts of informatics students begin coursework in either fall or spring semester.
